  • The SteelDrivers: With Special Guest Bobcat Opossum

    Wabash Community Event

Only Nashville could give birth to a band like The SteelDrivers: seasoned veterans, each distinguished in their own right, seizing an opportunity to follow their hearts to their souls’ reward. Blending their bluegrass roots with country, soul, blues, and contemporary influences, Richard Bailey, Tammy Rogers, Mike Fleming, Brent Truitt, and Matt Dame are known for hits like “Blue Side of the Mountain,” “Where Rainbows Never Die,” and “If It Hadn’t Been for Love.”
Bobcat Opossum is Sean Hoffman and Ellen Coplin. They draw inspiration and repertoire from traditional music across several genres including Irish, Americana, bluegrass, classical, and old time music.
“Multi-instrumentalists Sean Hoffman and Ellen Coplin prepare a slow-roasted feast for the ears, garnished with homegrown original songs. Pull up a chair, but be warned, you may get the feeling that you are in exactly the right place at the right time.” ~ Liv Lafluv
