Wabass scholars will dazzle you with the double bass. Faculty mentors Eric Larson, Ranaan Meyer, and Hal Robinson curate a wonderful evening of musicianship and personality.

Soundboard scholars are international pianists with a focus on standard repertoire. Soundboard is led by faculty mentors Matti Raekaillo and Peter Dugan as they stretch these classically trained musicians’ boundaries to include jazz, funk, and more.

Resonance scholars are at the intersection of the pristine technical training of classical musicians and cross-genre fluidity, resulting in an indescribable musical experience. The Blue Sky Dogs capture the spirit of the Allman Brothers Band with authentic, high-energy Southern blues-rock. Led by guitarist Tom Kiefaber – who grew up in Wabash and whose father played with Dickey Betts in the ’60s – the band honors the legacy of Duane and Gregg Allman in every note.
