April First Friday: Easter Egg Hunt & Bunny Hop Shop

Grab those Easter baskets and reusable shopping totes! April’s First Friday is the best of both worlds offering the annual Easter Egg Hunt presented by Bachelor Creek at Paradise Spring Park and a unique shopping spree stamping map to hop from business to business in Downtown Wabash, Indiana.

Set the kiddos on a mad dash for their share of the 12,000+ Easter Eggs hand-stuffed by volunteers from Bachelor Creek OR bring your friends to do a little Bunny Hop Shopping with a stamping map and a shopper-ific prize on the other side for one lucky winner!

2023 Farmers Market Vendor Callout Meeting

2023 Downtown Wabash Farmers Market Callout Meeting

The Downtown Wabash Farmers Market will host an informational Vendor Callout meeting for both NEW and returning Market vendors with questions or seeking information about the 2023 Farmers Market Season. The meeting will be held open-house style at the Downtown Wabash, Inc. office with our Market Coordinator, Carly Hawkins, on-site to speak about the 2023 season and answer any questions.

This Callout Meeting is open to new and retuning vendors of the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market.

NOW OPEN: 2023 Farmers Market Registration

Returning for its 16th season in Downtown Wabash, Indiana, the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market will open registration to new and returning vendors on Wednesday, March 15.

The market holds open spots for 35 full-season vendors leaving registration open on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors with goods and products that fit the handmade, homemade and homegrown categories are welcome! Downtown Wabash Farmers Market vendor registration comes in three tiers including full season at $200 per vendor, half seasons at $115 per vendor and drop-ins at $25 per vendor. Nonprofit rates are available.

March First Friday: Leprechaun-Con Bar Crawl

Returning for its second year in Downtown Wabash, the Leprechaun-Con Bar Crawl is the perfect reason to grab a group of your lucky charms in the pursuit-of-hoppiness! Come dressed in all the green you own and follow the stamping map to Downtown bars for St. Patrick’s Day-inspired drinks, food and even (s)hopping deals. Turn your completed Leprechaun-Con Bar Crawl stamping map into our office and enter for a chance to win a pot of gold! (Just kidding, no real gold here.) But there will be an awesome gift basket on the other side of the rainbow.

February First Friday: Downtown Chocolate Crawl

Stay sweet in Downtown Wabash, Indiana with February’s First Friday: Downtown Chocolate Crawl! This monthly street festival in the 2.5 mile Downtown Wabash district will feature more than 30 small businesses with Valentine’s Day-themed shopping specials, micro-events and nightlife activities.

Bring your sweetheart or sweet family and embark on the Downtown Chocolate Crawl stamping map journey among nine small businesses and nonprofits! Make stops at the Wabash County Museum, 4 Partners in Crime, Bluebird Boutique, JoJo’s Olfactory & Co., Lily’s-N-Things, Vault 85 Menswear, Bellazo, Moon Dog and Downtown Wabash, Inc. to receive a chocolate treat. Then return the stamping map to Downtown Wabash, Inc. at 189 S. Miami St., Wabash, Ind., 46992 for a chance to win a sweet, local gift basket to enjoy post-event!

IT’S BACK!!! Downtown Wabash, Inc. is bringing back its award-winning holiday shopping campaign: Shop Local to Win! The campaign won the 2021 Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champion Innovation Contest, presented by American Express. The contest prompted small communities across the nation to submit their innovative campaigns to encourage shopping local during the holiday season as an American Express Neighborhood Champion. Downtown Wabash, Inc. was one of five communities recognized for its ‘shop small’ efforts.
