Oren Guenin will share the story behind the creation of MSD’s Sharp Creek Elementary School and reflect on his time as principal from 1980 to 2010. Now retired\, Oren is watching new classrooms rise next to Northfield and plans to be there when the current Sharp Creek building is demolished in 2026. A LaFontaine High School graduate (Class of 1962)\, Oren earned his education and administration degrees from Ball State. “The Thursday Parlay” will take place from 10 to 11:30 am on Thursday\, August 7th.
