Arrive by 8:45 AM with wheels rolling at 9 AM sharp.\nSpikes and Bikes is a local bike club that volunteers their time to lead each of the weekly rides. They are a group of outdoor adventure enthusiasts who like to connect people with cycling in a fun and energetic environment.\nAll participants will receive a Liking for Biking t-shirt and will be given the opportunity to earn incentives for regular attendance. Attendance is tracked using the Band App. Weekly check-ins are required on the app in order to qualify for the incentive gifts.
