BUSINESS OWNERS WORKSHOP: Adapting & Planning in Uncertain Times

Wabash Community Event

Downtown Wabash, Inc., Manchester Alive, Grow Wabash County and WEOC (Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Center)

This informative workshop is meant for business owners to learn how to plan for the unexpected, helping reduce risk for their business. All businesses and their owners are exposed to risk every day, some minor and some with catastrophic consequences. However, there are steps that business owners and their employees can take to mitigate, transfer, and even avoid risks.

Proper contingency planning, education and documentation of process can allow businesses, their owners, and employees to recover from interruptions more effectively and efficiently. This planning can help also expand through the business to strengthen their day-to-day operations.

Presented By: Purdue University Institute of Family Business and in partnership with Downtown Wabash, Inc., Manchester Alive, and Grow Wabash County.

This training is provided at no charge through NIIC Community Navigator Pilot Program. Purdue Extension Allen County serves as a Spoke Organization for the program, to serve entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana.

COST: Free; Registration required as space is limited
