Brunch features a build-your-own omelet and waffle stations, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, sausage, bacon, carved ham and prime rib, dill glazed salmon, fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, green beans, tossed salad, fruit salad, pickled beets, shrimp cocktail, broccoli salad, assorted cheese, and a dessert station with assorted pies, cheesecake, cookies, dessert bars, bread pudding, and more.
