Jingle Jubilee

Kick off the hometown holiday season with the whole family and all your friends! Jingle Jubilee returns to Downtown Wabash in 2022 as the district’s decades-old tradition of officially kicking off the holiday season.

Jingle Jubilee is FREE and open to the public complete with the competitive Jingle Jubilee Stamping Map, the traditional lighting of the Wabash County Courthouse, a holiday kid zone on Miami Street provided by Bachelor Creek Church, lots of hot cocoa, holiday shopping specials, live reindeer, Santa, twinkling lights galore and so much more!

Pick up your Wabash Cultural District Coupon Booklet (Winter Edition) at businesses in Downtown Wabash as stocking stuffers AND scan the ‘Shop Local to Win’ QR code at each register to enter for a chance to win sweet prizes during the holiday season.

Stamping Map

For ONE NIGHT ONLY, embark on the Jingle Jubilee Stamping Map journey for a competitive chance to win up to $1,000 in Jingle Bucks (eligible to be spent at participating stamping map businesses). Jingle Bucks are treated as cash vouchers and are eligible for spending at businesses in Downtown Wabash. More than twenty businesses will participate in the Jingle Jubilee stamping map frenzy. Jingle Bucks winners will be announced Live on 105.9 The Bash on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

 

Courthouse Lighting

Watch in awe as the Wabash County Courthouse is lit as a twinkling signal that the holiday season has begun. Gather as early as 6:15 p.m. for a live music performance provided by New Journey Church. Sing along with family and friends prior to the Courthouse lighting at 7 p.m. sharp. Rounding the corner on the Wabash Fire Department’s fire engine immediately following the lighting: Santa himself!

Experience all that hometown holiday goodness in every direction you turn! Observe and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award: Best Decorated Storefront. Have a wintery blast in the winter-themed kid-zone on Miami Street with Santa, live reindeer,  story time, treat-mix station and hot cocoa station, all provided by Bachelor Creek Church. Hop on a free ride on the Visit Wabash County Trolley No.85 for a trip to Paradise Spring Park’s Old Fashioned Christmas event with Father Christmas, cookies and sleigh tram rides. Lights at Paradise will also light up its holiday displays in Paradise Spring Park. Be sure to scan the QR code for the annual Shop Local to Win shopping campaign among small businesses in Downtown Wabash for a chance to win super sweet prizes. At the sales counter, collect your Wabash Cultural District Coupon Booklet (Winter Edition) to throw in as a FREE stocking stuffer (coupon booklet valid Jan. 1-March 31).
