Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to Miami Street… THE DOWNTOWN THROWDOWN, presented by the Apache Wrestling Club! This event, formerly known as Thrash in the Bash, is making its comeback from its last 2019 appearance. Gather on Miami Street for a friendship format, folk-style wrestling tournament open to all age brackets between 6U & Junior.

In addition, head to all of our local shops, restaurants, creative hot spots and more! First Fridays in Downtown Wabash, Indiana wouldn’t be possible without our local favorites. Show them some love on August’s First Friday!

Get ready to witness a thrilling display of youth-aged, friendship-format, folk-style wrestling, brought to you by the Apache Wrestling Club, right on Miami Street in Downtown Wabash, Indiana! Want to wrestle? Registration opens at 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. on-site, day of. Wrestling begins at 6 p.m. and is open to spectators on the sidelines. Come hungry, we welcome it. Consider making a night of it with a progressive-style trip from eatery to eatery! Every month, we set up a district-wide route for you to hail a ride on Trolley No.85! This month’s route: East Market District Parking Lot on Canal Street; Wabash County Museum; Veterans Plaza on Market Street; Eagles Theatre; The Depot on Canal Street; White Rock Recreation. Riding the Trolley is FREE!
