Paradise Spring Park

August 19, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

In conjunction with the Downtown Wabash Summer Sidewalk Sales and 24th Annual Dave Kunkel Cruise-In car show on Saturday, Aug. 19, the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market will move to Paradise Spring Park for a lush, full market!

More than 35 vendors will feature handmade, homemade and homegrown items including fresh produce, meats, dairy products, homegoods, plants, arts and artisan wares. Shoppers are invited to experience more than vendor offerings at the 2023 Market including live music, food trucks, Kids Corner activities, demonstrations and more.

Trolley No.85 will give free rides from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. throughout the Downtown Wabash district for easy transportation between all three events. Trolley stops include Paradise Spring Park, Veterans Plaza, Eagles Theatre, The Legion, The Depot on Canal Street and the East Market District Lot for easily accessible parking.

Handmade.

Within the Wabash Cultural District full of local artisans, makers and artists, our Market features handmade goods from numerous local vendors! Find quality handmade items like pottery, jewelry, textiles, woodworks, metalworks, visual and performing arts at the market each Saturday.

Homemade.

It’s no secret: homemade is best! Take home delicious homemade treats like pies, chocolates, cakes, spice mixes, teas and more from our many talented and Wabash County Health Department certified home chefs, bakers and nutritionists.

Homegrown.

Hoosiers take pride in their bright, fresh produce (especially tomatoes and sweet corn) and quality-raised meats! At our market, local homegrown vendors provide only the best crops and foods they can bring. Buy anything from fresh fruits and vegetables to microgreens, farm-fresh eggs, farm-raised meats and even field-fresh flowers!

We proudly accept SNAP and Double Up Indiana

Double Up Indiana is a program that provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) customers free fruits and vegetables when they use their SNAP/EBT card. For each $1 spent in SNAP at the market, customers earn $1 in Double Up incentives to buy fruits and vegetables at the same market. Each customer is limited to earning $20 per day in Double Up incentives.
